Where can I see my locators?

In the "Administration" tab.

Layaway System, in this tab you will find packages reserved with just an initial payment which have a pending balance to pay.

You can check locators with no payment in the tab "Payment due", while the locators which have been paid in full can be found in "Reservations"

Can the payment deadline for my locators be extended?

It is not possible, it is necessary to pay off the balance before the deadline indicated on the platform.

Can I pay for a reservation with more than one card or combine forms of payment?

Yes, it is possible.

Create a locator and in form of payment select "Credit card", enter the card details and the amount you are going to cover with it. Select the option of Complete Payment. Go to the Administration tab, "Pending Payments" section, and click on Pay with card, enter the details again and the outstanding.

Which services can I reserve now and pay later?

  • Hotel.
  • Hotel and transfers
  • Hotel and tours
  • Hotel, only if the system provides this option
  • Package, this can be reserved as a Layaway, paying a deposit.

I have commissions due to be paid to my agency. Can this amount be used as payment for a reservation?

It is not possible. It is important to generate the reservation payment with a credit card, debit card, virtual wallet or credit."

How do I reserve and pay by virtual wallet?

Does the PriceAgencies travel wallet have a period of validity?

Our virtual wallets are valid for 18 months.

You can use this form of payment to pay off any service on the platform.

With the virtual wallet can I generate advance payments?

You can use the amount on the virtual wallet to pay off the balance of a reservation, it is not possible to leave it as an advance payment.

How can I serve a package or flight for more than 6 passengers?

The platform allows booking for a maximum of 6 passengers per locator, including infants. If there are more than that number of passengers, divide the total number of people between the necessary locators.

Can I redeem vouchers issued by the airlines with PriceAgencies?

The electronic vouchers issued by each airline are for direct use, you can apply them directly on their website.

Can you help me with the immigration documents my customer needs?

Immigration requirements are personal processes. We suggest you consult the official websites of the destination to be visited for this information.

How can I change my user password?

From the homepage, enter your username and then click on "Forgotten your password?", the system will send you instructions.

How can I create a new username or disable an existing one?

In the “Administration" section click on "Contacts", there you can add and/or delete usernames.

Is it possible to modify the form of commission selected when booking?

It is not possible, is it necessary to generate the locator again, or pay the locator with the selected form of payment.

If my hotel reservation does not have a confirmation code, should I call support?

It is not necessary to contact us, the confirmation code appears automatically, however, we suggest that you print your itinerary 24-48 hours before your trip in case of any update.

Which department of PriceAgencies can help me with questions about my flight reserved on the platform?

Agency Support will help you with low cost airlines such as Volaris, Viva Aerobus, Calafia and Viva Air. The Traffic team checks flights which are reserved through GDS, Aeroméxico, Avianca, United Airlines, American Airlines, Air France, Aeromar, Iberia, etc.
